Spicy tomato soup
Ingredients
2 tbsp garlic oil
1 tbsp paprika
2 tsp organo dried
1 stock cube
Chili flakes to taste
2 x tins tomato
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
4 tbsp maple syrup (maybe start with 2 and see how sweet you like it?)
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 tbsp chia seeds
Method
1. Heat the oil and add the paprika, oregano, chili and stock, cook for a few minutes.
2. Add tomatoes, maple syrup, nutritional yeast, basil and chia seeds.
3. Cook for about half an hour.
4. Blend.
4. Season and serve with parmesan/romano.
