Spicy broth with tofu
Ingredients
Broth
6 cups stock
2 tbs garlic oil
3 tbs sesame oil
4 tbs tamari
4 tbs rice wine vinegar
4 tbs maple syrup
2 star anise
2 tsp five spice
1 tbs ginger grated
Juice of 1 lime
1 tbs miso
Toppings & noodles
Fist full of rice/soba noodles
3 small bok choy chopped.
Tofu chopped (fried or raw)
Corriander to taste
Method
Add broth ingredient to saucepan.
Simmer for minimum 10 minutes.
Cook noodles.
Add bok choy to broth.
Add noodles to a bowl, cover with broth add coriander to taste.
