Salt & peper tofu
Ingredients
450 block firm tofu
2 tbsp rice bran oil
1/2 cup corn flour
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp Chinese five spice
Sprinkling mix
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp white pepper or finely ground black pepper
1/4 tsp Chinese five spice powder
1 tbsp rice bran oil
Chilli fresh/flakes
Juice of half a lime
Method
Chop tofu into cubes.
Coat in rice bran oil.
Mix together flour, pepper, salt and five spice and add to tofu. Mix well.
Cook in air fryer at 180°C for 20 minutes.
Add 1 tbsp of oil and mix well.
Add in sprinkle mix, chilli and finish with lime to taste.
